2026 Australian Early Harvest Olio Nuovo Olive Oil

Australian delivery approximately 20th May 2026 or earlier.

Olio Nuovo olive oil is the freshest extra virgin olive oil you can buy — pressed within 24 hours of harvest and bottled immediately to capture its vibrant, peppery character. Produced by Kyneton Olive Oil from our grove in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria, this award-winning early harvest olive oil is unfiltered, rich in polyphenols, and bursting with fresh flavour.

Unlike supermarket olive oils that sit in warehouses for months, our Olio Nuovo olive oil reaches you at its absolute peak — cloudy, intensely green, and alive with the taste of fresh harvest.

Olio Nuovo is only available when the harvest season starts. Unfiltered, it has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months and is made to be enjoyed as a seasonal treat. When filtered and carefully stored in a cool, dark place, its brilliance can be savoured for up to 2 years.

Store any extra virgin olive oil in a cool, dark cabinet away from heat and light, preferably in a dark coloured bottle.

“You can actually taste the difference”

I didn’t expect such a noticeable difference. It’s fresh, slightly cloudy, and has that peppery finish you usually only get in Italy.

“Perfect finishing oil”

I use it mostly to finish dishes — pasta, vegetables, even grilled meat. You only need a little and it elevates everything.
