Refund policy

At Olio Nuovo, producing exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil is at the heart of everything we do. From harvest through to processing, we follow strict food safety and quality standards to ensure every bottle reflects the integrity of our grove.

All of our olive oils are regularly tested to ensure they meet Australian standards for Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Should you believe that any product you have received does not meet these standards, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return.

Products may be returned via post or courier, and upon assessment, we will gladly offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Unless the product is deemed faulty, the cost of return postage or courier will be the responsibility of the customer.
